Uso de plataformas B-Learning y su influencia en el proceso de Enseñanza-Aprendizaje en los docentes y estudiantes

Abstract

Nowadays, with technology playing a crucial role in every sphere of our existence, a study was carried out on the use of B-learning platforms and their influence on the teaching-learning process at the Eloy Alfaro General Basic Education School at the higher sub-level, which allowed us to analyse the viability and potential of the use of platforms in this process. In the research, a documentary review and analysis study was carried out, applying surveys to students and teachers, and interviews to directors. In the results, it was confirmed that there is a favourable and positive perception of B-learning platforms by students, they value their potential in learning innovation, on the other hand, teachers have a receptive attitude towards these platforms, but require training and technical support for their use, while managers recognise the potential of B-learning platforms, however, there are limitations of technological infrastructure and financial resources. The results of the study confirm that B-learning platforms have a great potential to improve educational excellence in the organisation. In order to achieve successful use, major challenges such as lack of teacher training, limited technological infrastructure and the need for careful and effective planning need to be addressed. B-learning platforms are an important resource for improving the quality of education at the General Eloy Alfaro School, but it is necessary to develop a plan for appropriate use, which is gradual and considers the needs of the educational community.
