El uso de herramientas digitales para optimizar el proceso enseñanza aprendizaje

Abstract

The performance of teachers is fundamental for education and therefore, for society, it is one of the key elements of educational quality. The current research aims to examine the use of digital tools in the teaching-learning process as another alternative that the teacher can use for academic reinforcement, considering the ways of learning related to the globalized world in which we live, where we can easily access information. Hence, the objective of this research is to implement the use of digital tools to optimize the teaching-learning process in the Basic Education School San Miguelito de la Chala located in the Province of Cotopaxi, Cotopaxi. The methodological framework used was the quantitative approach, the type of research was descriptive with exploratory scope. To obtain the information, a questionnaire with multiple choice questions was elaborated and applied online.  The results were that the inclusion of methodological tools improved the teaching and learning process, which allowed a better understanding of the topics and offered a more interactive and dynamic learning experience. Finally, this research contributed to improve the educational practice in the teaching and learning process, providing a complete perspective of how digital tools can strengthen education in the 21st century.
