PEDAGOGICAL CONCEPTION OF THE EDUCATIONAL WORK OF THE TEACHER FROM THE TREATMENT TO GENDER

RESUMEN

La concepción pedagógica de la labor educativa del profesorado, desde el tratamiento al género, se construye a través del método sistémico, por lo que sus componentes, categorías y principio justifican su estructura. Las relaciones dialécticas que median la funcionalidad conducen a la construcción teórica de una nueva cualidad, al connotar lo universal y lo particular en la revelación de los elementos estructurales del aporte teórico que se propone. Lo antes expuesto posibilita un análisis integral del tratamiento al género, la dialéctica de lo objetivo y subjetivo al pensar desde dos componentes, uno, conforma la base sistémica y el otro, forma una estructura metodológica derivada, ambos vertebrados por un principio problematizador que recursivamente se expresa en todo el sistema categorial.

ABSTRACT

The pedagogical conception of the educative work of the teaching staff, from the treatment to the gender, is constructed through the systemic method, reason why its components, categories and principle justify its structure. The dialectical relations that mediate functionality lead to the theoretical construction of a new quality, connoting the universal and the particular in the revelation of the structural elements of the theoretical contribution that is proposed. The aforementioned allows an integral analysis of the treatment of gender, the dialectic of the objective and subjective when thinking from two components, one, forms the systemic basis and the other, forms a derived methodological structure, both vertebrate by a problematizing principle that recursively expresses throughout the categorial system.
