REFLECTIONS ON ORAL COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE IN LEGAL PROFESSIONALS, FROM THE INTEGRATION OF THE VERBAL AND NONVERBAL

RESUMEN

En el presente artículo, se toma en cuenta que en el contexto actual de la jurisprudencia en América Latina se incrementa el rol de la oralidad con una apertura creciente a la ciudadanía, en tal sentido se sustenta que el perfeccionamiento del proceso de formación de las competencias comunicativas en estos profesionales considerando presupuestos teóricos que demuestran el valor y papel determinante de los signos no verbales en la diferentes situaciones comunicativas jurídicas, por tanto se impone que docentes y estudiantes tomen conciencia de ello y se preparen en este sentido desde una perspectiva interdisciplinar y transdisciplinar en las que se integren teoría y práctica.

ABSTRACT

In the present article, it is taken into account that in the current context of jurisprudence in Latin America the role of orality is increased with a growing openness to the citizenry, in this sense it is maintained that the improvement of the process of training of the competences Communicative in these professionals considering theoretical assumptions that demonstrate the value and determining role of nonverbal signs in the different legal communicative situations, therefore it is necessary that teachers and students become aware of it and prepare in this sense from an interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary perspective In which theory and practice are integrated.
