EL EMPRENDIMIENTO COMO INSTRUMENTO DE DESARROLLO Y SU REPERCUSIÓN EN EL CRECIMIENTO PERSONAL Y SOCIAL DE LOS ESTUDIANTES UNIVERSITARIOS

Abstract

Successful entrepreneurs in recent years have increased, as an indicator that accounts for the reality of entrepreneurship both in the province and the country. Therefore, the new generations of students must be framed in exploiting their abilities and skills to demonstrate that they are assertive and competent in creating their own businesses and ways of sustaining themselves in our Alma Mater the UTB, thinking about this fact seeks to demonstrate the work of the entrepreneurs, hence last semester III the Entrepreneurship Fair was held where all the schools participated highlighting the entrepreneurial spirit of the students. The observation of perspectives focuses on tireless knowledge, and socio-economic contribution of entrepreneurship, which record the existence of favorable indications for the economic growth of the province and the educational entity. The elaboration of a good proposal of those who lead this commission and of a responsible empowerment by the students to the institutional ventures, relating and promoting new products, goods and services, also adds to the index of improvement of the quality of life.
