IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE LOS AGENTES INTELIGENTES EN LAS PYMES DEL ECUADOR

Abstract

Smart agents are physical or virtual entities to perceive their surroundings using artificial intelligence. Currently, intelligent agents are very important both public and private companies, so they help answer your questions, that is, be 24 hours on the web, so this research aims to analyze and implement smart agents through Open Source tools, showing the great utility that this generates today in websites. In this investigation, a deductive method was used to analyze the minor premises of the intelligent machines until a major premise was reached in the elaboration of the same, in addition, the descriptive and prototype method was worked on. As results of this investigation, it was announced that chatbot (computer program with which it is possible to have a conversation and that work through artificial intelligence) in companies in Ecuador, allowing business to improve. Finally, it is concluded that it is possible to apply better and affordable strategies to SMEs in Ecuador, because there are free and easy-to-use tools on the market that contribute to the objectives.
