Abstract

The research, carries out a theoretical approach to internal communication, which aims to develop a strategic plan for internal communication, to strengthen the administrative processes of the Technical University of Babahoyo Quevedo extension. Since it has opportunities for improvement in internal communication, if communication channels are managed according to a specialized figure; besides not having formal university administrative processes, starting from recognizing the international and national antecedents on the subject; It is more likely to face risks that may affect its image and reputation before its target audience inside and outside the province and the country. A mixed type methodology is used, which allows the selection of the research sample, the design and use of theoretical methods, for the search of the bibliographic information used, and empirical data, for the execution of the quantitative qualitative diagnosis of the state of the trouble.
