Técnicas conceptuales para la investigación colaborativa apoyados en el sistema de análisis social (SAS) para el diseño de un SmartLab

Abstract

This article is the result of stakeholder analysis for the SmartLab project (a virtual, remote and intelligent environment laboratory) using collaborative research and applying Arco Iris, CLIP and Campos de Fuerza techniques, as established by the SAS social analysis system. The results obtained from the research allowed to find the actors involved in the project and the relationships between them, involving factors such as profits, losses, influences, driving forces, thus allowing knowing the elements that counteract the students to reflect low learning results in the domain of practical processes, which prevents an agile link in the professional practice. Finally, it was demonstrated that through the use of these techniques, short-term decisions can be made, avoiding risks that could be very expensive for the execution of the project.
