Comunicación asertiva: clave del desarrollo educativo

Abstract

ntroduction: Assertive communication is the ability to expresa thoughts, feelings and opiniones clearly, respectfully and honestly, without tracking or submitting to others. In the educational Field, it improves the organizacional climate and the work performance of teachers by fostering a positive, cooperative and motivating environment. This study is bramad in an educational institution in the city of Baba corresponding to the province of Los Ríos, the general objective of the research was to analyze the impact of a strategic assertive comunicación plan on upper basic and high school teachers to strengthen pedagogical malajemente processes. The metodología used is a mixed research approach, with a descriptive and correlational scope, non-experimental type of research, with a cross-sectional, and as for the purpose it was basic, the methods used were documentary review, análisis - síntesis, deductive, while the empirical methods were observación and survey, as well as a Pearson R test to determine the correlation. The selected sample consisted of 45 teachers, who participated in a structured questionnaire based on a Likert scale ranging from zero to five, with the values ​​established from lowest to highest. The results of the diagnosis showed that teachers did not display Good interpersonal relationships between teacher-teacher and teacher-student relationships, and disagreements were encountered when solving problema.
