Abstract

This project proposes the creation of a digital magazine focused on emotional well-being, aimed at university students majoring in Communication. This initiative responds to a rarely seen issue: the emotional impact generated by academic pressure, professional uncertainty, complex social dynamics, and the demands of the university environment. Through a mixed-methodological approach, the project proposes a safe, participatory, and reflective communication space where topics related to mental health, self-knowledge, emotional intelligence, motivation, and stress management are addressed from an empathetic and humanized perspective. The magazine will integrate multimedia resources such as articles, podcasts, testimonials, illustrations, and interviews, promoting the active participation of students in the development of content, which will strengthen their sense of community and belonging. The main objective is to contribute to the holistic development of Communication students by providing access to practical tools that enhance their emotional, academic, and professional well-being. This proposal is expected to consolidate as a replicable model in other faculties, positioning it as an innovative educational communication strategy focused on emotional well-being as a fundamental axis of the student experience.
