NEUROPLASTICITY IN LONG-TERM MEMORY TO STRENGTHEN INTELLECTUAL SELF-AFFIRMATION
Additional Files
Abstract
This study explores the potential of neuroplasticity in long-term memory to strengthen the intellectual self-affirmation of fifth-grade students at Unidad Educativa Nanegal in Quito, Ecuador. The primary objective is to understand and optimize the brain mechanisms that enable the formation, consolidation, and long-term retention of long-term memory, a skill that has become increasingly challenging for new generations, the research aims to identify factors, strategies, and pedagogical practices that promote active retrieval, variability in practice, and effective evaluation. It seeks to deepen the understanding of these factors and apply these strategies to foster long-lasting learning in students, thus addressing the issue of long-term memory retention in new generations.
