Abstract
Nowadays, the use of video-technological-didactic resources in higher education has gained relevance, given its potential to transform the teaching-learning process. These resources allow a greater diversification of pedagogical strategies, they respond to generational and social characteristics of students, who show a preference for interactive and visual media; In this context, it is essential to analyze how tools such as pedagogical TikTok, case studies, educational videos, didactic videos, pedagogical videos and video dramas can impact meaningful learning and the understanding of complex concepts, around a study that focuses on evaluating their educational impact in higher education, with the aim of determining how they transform this process by addressing the interests of appropriation of intellectual meaning and promoting collaborative learning; the research used a multimodal methodology, through surveys applied to 100 first, second, third and fourth cycle students during the periods April - August 2023 and October 2023 to February 2024, designed with expert validation and reliability of the Cronbach alpha test, using a Likert scale for weighting the responses, the results revealed that the use of these technological resources promotes active and significant participation of students, facilitates the understanding of complex concepts and enhances critical thinking, encourages the practical application of theoretical knowledge and improves problem-solving skills, preparing students to face the challenges of the contemporary world, its conclusion highlights that the incorporation of video-technological-didactic resources significantly improves student participation and learning.
