Abstract

"Ludotechnique", which combines play and technique, emerges as a valuable methodology to improve the teaching of athletics, increasing motivation in the learning of specific skills (Gómez, 2021). This approach not only facilitates the acquisition of motor skills, but also creates a dynamic learning environment. However, there is a lack of studies on its implementation in athletics, which limits the development of training programs adapted to the needs of young athletes (Martínez and López, 2022). Therefore, it is essential to develop a methodological framework that integrates theory and practice, allowing coaches to apply playful techniques effectively. This work proposes to investigate a model of motor skills development that integrates Ludotechnique, seeking not only to improve physical abilities, but also to promote learning that values fun in sport (Pérez and Torres, 2023).
