Abstract

The importance of this topic of the Study of preferences of film genres in the province of the rivers. Social reality case has had an enormous impact on the audience that consumes it, which is why this article analyzes a significant study of film genres that have to do with the social reality in which we live, and that reality is also captured in cinema. and also currently, content is generated on various platforms on social networks that many people can appreciate and be nourished by this wonderful film genre that reaches to the depths of their hearts, transmitting emotions and feelings. That is why this project includes research carried out on the preferences of film genres in the case of Social Realities, focusing specifically on the audience in the province of Los Ríos. Consequently, the observation and survey form was carried out on the entire audience from different cantons of the province of Los Ríos to know the transformation of their preferences in the cinematographic genres of social reality. Where real results were also obtained regarding the responses from the viewing public. The purpose of this research work is to determine the preference of social reality in cinema in the province of Los Ríos.
