Abstract

The present project called "Research approaches by UTB university students for tourism problems and situations in Ecuador" allowed to identify a referential bank of tourism problems aligned to the possible approaches for research facilities, in addition to discussing the importance of the approaches in the research approach to solve tourism conjuncture problems, under a quantitative research approach that clears a hypothetical deductive methodology by tarnishing information collected and analyzed under a non-experimental modality through data analysis, comparative analysis and documentary analysis. The types of approaches and methods applied by researchers in the majority of formative research processes at the Technical University of Babahoyo Extension Quevedo through dissertations, theses or scientific articles were detected.
