Abstract

The current social demands to preschool teachers, in relation to the objective of the research, are expressed in the need to assume an active and conscious role in the updating of their improvement, that they are prepared to identify their needs. In addition, because of what the mastery of this contributes to scientific research and at the same time, that they are prepared for the improvement of psychological, pedagogical and methodological knowledge, based on self-correction; for its application from the pedagogical practice.

In order to implement this social aspiration, it is necessary to know in depth the characteristics of each one of those who participate in the research; for which an integral diagnosis was applied, which revealed the contradiction that exists between the ideal level that is proposed in the training and the current level that is manifested in their professional performance, which allows knowing the situation of their pedagogical practice in the direction of the educational process in the children's circle, for the stimulation of creativity in the children of the preschool grade.
