Comunicación asertiva para la productividad científica en época de pandemia en las instituciones de educación superior

Abstract

Assertive communication is a key element in the synergy of substantive functions in higher education, the study aims to determine the incidence of assertive communication on scientific productivity in times of pandemic. Specifically, it was sought to identify, analyze and study the techniques, language and dissemination of scientific results in an assertive way. The methodology used was of a quantitative type, non-experimental design, it consisted of applying Likert scale surveys to a sample of 285 teachers, 371 students, 236 administrative personnel and an assertiveness test applied to area coordinators; The main results found show that there is a fragile communicational assertiveness of the investigative processes, which negatively influences scientific production. In conclusion, HEIs must rethink their internal and external communication channels in changing times, as part of the culture organizational, through effective management and use of assertive techniques among members of the university community in investigative work in order to strengthen their communication processes.
