Abstract

Having an electronic invoicing significantly reduces the costs for issuance, in Ecuador the SRI (Internal Revenue Service) has created a legal environment for the issuance and receipt of electronic sales receipts, I carry out a schedule of phases for its implementation. Failure to comply with these provisions’ general financial penalties for merchants.

Having a communication network design in the municipal markets of the city of Cuenca, for the issuance of electronic vouchers, benefits merchants and users, allowing them to comply with the provisions of the tax regulation and control entity. In addition to its contribution to the environment, since the use of paper is significantly reduced
