Abstract

In Ecuador, the 2008 Constitution of the Republic, economic policy promotes the assurance of national wealth and promotes full employment. The present topic deals with the extraction of precious metals from electrical and electronic equipment as a source of creation of small and medium-sized enterprises to generate jobs with the consequent reduction of poverty and misery with possible multiplier effect in other countries on the road of development, for which we will take as a reference cases from countries that have adopted similar actions.
