MODALIDAD DE TRABAJO DE MAYOR RENTABILIDAD PARA PROFESIONALES CONTABLES TITULADOS EN LA UNIVERSIDAD TÉCNICA DE BABAHOYO, ECUADOR

Abstract

The universities of Ecuador every year graduate thousands of young professionals from different areas who are looking for a job to support their expenses, there is a competitive labor market, with very small job offers limiting the possibilities of positioning in a company that requires their professional services. The purpose of this research is to determine which modality of work used turns out to be the most profitable, for this the applied research methodology is based on the compilation of quantitative and qualitative data through a survey directed to the professionals of the accounting area recently graduated in the Technical University of Babahoyo, selected by means of a simple random sampling. The results obtained through our research show that working under professional fees is the most profitable and convenient employment modality, due to the generation of poaitive fluctuating income obtained by charging for professional services.
