Modelo de gestión por competencias para una comuna en la provincia de Santa Elena

Abstract

With the competency management model, it will help entrepreneurs in the communes of the province of Santa Elena to order their skills through knowledge, know-how and being. Where each enterprise can generate, enhance and develop their activities to increase their productivity efficiently and effectively through their sales. In addition, profiles are defined by their competencies for each position and function, proceeding to integrate by processes based on their performance and capacity. The investigative work is described by several subjects, which reflects the consequences of not having a competency-based approach, followed by bibliographic information in regard to the theoretical part, a methodological design and the administrative aspects of it were considered. For the development of the work, an information collection instrument will be applied to identify the functions and profiles of each position, taking into account the corporate competencies previously defined, then the selection procedures, performance evaluation and training were elaborated.
