Clima laboral en el rendimiento de los empleados de las PYMES en el Ecuador

Abstract

The analysis of the working environment within the companies is of great importance to guarantee the effective performance of the employees within the organization. The objective of this work is focused on studying each of the variables that can affect the performance caused by the working environment within the company. A systematic study of the literature has been conducted considering the guidelines provided in the following works (Budgen et al., 2007; Kitchenham and Charters, 2007; Petersen et al., 2008). The results obtained in this systematic study were the obtaining of information making known the different criteria, which are considered relevant for the performance of the employees.  It was concluded that a good working environment ensures maximum performance for employees to develop their work activities with more efficiency and commitment to the company.
