Abstract

Nowadays, information and communication technology are considered key areas of success to manage the processes of companies and institutions, currently, there are numerous computer tools that almost entirely mechanize the processes Operating. This research focuses on demonstrating the use of indexed digitization as a technological solution to the storage of documentary information that is generated in the Autonomous Municipal Government (GADM) of Baba. The main problem to be taken into account is the loss of sensitive information from printed or physical documents that have been damaged or misplaced over time, causing economic losses and delays to citizens ’ formalities. Descriptive and eld research methods guide the information inquiry process using data collection tools based on surveys of the sta and managers of the institution. The project is considered feasible by largely resolving the number of incidents due to loss of information and delays in the process. The technological tools to be used are high-volume digital scanners, digital storage Software by indexing on a high- speed technological infrastructure.
