FACTORES DE RIESGO Y VULNERABILIDAD EN RELACIÓN AL CONSUMO DE ALCOHOL EN ESTUDIANTES DE LA UNIVERSIDAD ESTATAL DE BOLÍVAR

Abstract

The current research aims to identify the risk and vulnerability factors presented by the students of the State University of Bolívar and that promote alcohol consumption. To extract the data, the exploratory method was used with a quantitative approach through the technique of survey virtually, which was applied to 120 students divided into 40 students for each faculty, in the different cycles of the different campuses, additionally the action research method is also applied since the problem was observed looking for factors or causes to In this case, through the analysis carried out, it was concluded that belonging to the age group of 17 to 22 years is a vulnerability factor, there are sociocultural connotations specific to the geographical location where the research is carried out, the students' alcohol consumption begins to increase. from Thursday with its peak on Saturday, however the results show us that although in a lower percentage there is alcohol consumption every day of the week which is a risk factor that tells us that the frequency of alcohol consumption alcohol may increase; the presence of places that sell affordable alcoholic beverages outside the university is a risk factor; Research teaches us that the reasons why students resort to alcohol consumption are implicit and that feeling the psychoactive effects is the purpose of consumption.
