INCLUSIÓN DE LOS ESTUDIANTES DE EDUCACIÓN ESPECIAL (PAEE) A LA ENSEÑANZA SUPERIOR

Abstract

The following work is shown by the documentary review of international and national declarations on the process of Inclusion of Special Education Students (PAEE) for admission, permanence, and graduation to higher education. Inclusive education aims to replace in the educational system people excluded in the diversity of the human being that can include for example disability, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, among other reasons. The research has a qualitative, exploratory aspect, based on a bibliographic review in documents and databases of indexed journals.  The results of this study demonstrated the documents that legitimize the guidelines of international organizations regulated by national education laws for the inclusion of PAEE students, solidify the intentions each year. However, the present challenges are in the development, in the allocation of resources for the support team, administration, infrastructure with accessibility, pedagogical and didactics for learning, in order to bring in a full and equitable way education with quality and innovation in the transition from secondary to university.
