Abstract

The personnel audit is a procedure that is performed to know the degree of compliance of the work entrusted to the personnel; This work was carried out with the objective of determining the frequency of this practice and the adequate use that is given to the results obtained from the same in the process of valuation of the human resources within the organizations; For this purpose, a quantitative study was applied through the survey technique and the interview, applied to a population of sixty observation units, from which data were obtained that allowed to conclude that the participating companies did not perform personnel audits, for Which they do not know the value of the human talent, its competences and the contribution that these realize to the fulfillment of the objectives; That human resources are the fundamental basis for business development, already represent the very essence of the organization, and therefore must be attributed the value they deserve; And that the generation of an economic and social report on the values ​​invested in the personnel, will help the members of the same to grant him the economic and non-monetary value that they deserve.
