Abstract

ASSERTIVE COMMUNICATION: A NEED FOR THE TRAINING OF THE GUARDIANS WHO WORK AT THE HOUSEHOLD HOME OF BETHLEHEM IN THE SITE EL RODEO DE PORTOVIEJO

RESUMEN

La comunicación es la acción de comunicar o comunicarse, se entiende como el proceso por el que se trasmite y recibe una información. La asertividad se convierte en la habilidad fundamental de una comunicación eficaz. Sin embargo existen limitaciones con respecto al desarrollo de habilidades en profesionales de la educación que contribuya a fomentar comportamientos adecuados en las nuevas generaciones. De ahí que este trabajo declare como objetivo proponer un sistema de acciones potenciar la comunicación asertiva en los tutores de la Casa de Acogimiento Hogar de Belén de la ciudad de Portoviejo. El trabajo va encaminado a realizar la fundamentación teórica sobre la comunicación asertiva y analizar los presupuestos que fundamentan la propuesta del artículo.

ABSTRACT

Communication is the act of communicating or communicating, it is understood as the process by which information is transmitted and received. Assertiveness becomes the fundamental skill of effective communication. However, there are limitations with respect to the development of skills in education professionals that contributes to promoting adequate behavior in the new generations. Hence, this work declares as an objective to propose a system of actions to promote assertive communication in the tutors of the Home of Bethlehem Shelter in the city of Portoviejo. The work is aimed at making the theoretical foundation on assertive communication and analyze the assumptions that underlie the proposal of the article.
